MUST READ BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

ISayVacation LLC requires a cancellation holding fee of $100 per person at the time of booking. This holding fee is separate from the inital deposit required to secure your booking. This fee is only refundable if you do not cancel your trip any time for any reason, after booking and will be released back to you within 24hrs after your departure day. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your trip after booking for any reason at any time and is in addition to any change fees charged by the supplier/hotel/resort/airline. (**Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended** if added cancellation holding fee is waived*)
- Please ensure that you provide the most accurate information as possible prior to booking to avoid any change fees.
- After providing a quote, only ONE modification can be made, before a modification fee of $65 per modification will be required. This includes the change of dates, change in number of travelers, change of destination(s), change of cruise options, etc.
- After purchasing a planning package and quotes are being processed, if there are less travelers attending the trip than stated in your inquiry NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
- After your deposit is paid, final payments are due 30-45 days prior to travel. If your travel dates are within the 30-45 day timeframe, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
